For me, most of the time, the first time I request a video, I have this. But if I try 20 seconds later, I have the correct video. (This has saved me a few wrong click on building)...
I can really not help for that...

When you transfer unlimited item storage account to new device it will be the same unlimited.
But if it is 100 limit before the transfer then it will be same.
uschuAt least the items that are more than 100 are still there, nothing seems to be lost.

Not much you can do. There no bonuses for drops so you just have to keep collecting from them
