Thanks Blackcloud, It worked for me too, I have finished the mission.
Also it is not only the Romantic Cafe that I'm missing as Iphone-user: I can't buy a Travel Agency, Newspaper, Bridal Salon or Bearing Wallhouse.
They are not in my store and at my neighbours I see them all as construction places (checked with a friend on Android). On Ios there are no special buildings that Android-players miss.
Strange, these differences! And on Android are also more regular destinations...... I hope GI will give an update for Ios to give us the same opportunities!

If you are an iPhone player, you must get the hamburger/cheeseburger place to get the ship.

Visit neighbours and click on the eateries, then you should get the ships. Romantic Cafés are not available on iOS-Plattform.
