The Jaw Hart in the musical instruments collection can come from neighbours Rock Shops

The building belong to old quests from some months ago.

For anyone who doesn't know, there's an all stars movie theatre and a retro movie theatre. They look almost exactly the same except for the picture on the side. The all star theatre has a guy in a tux while the retro theatre has a guy in a red jacket and popcorn. I don't think the retro theatre drops any items.

There is also a red carpet and lighted gold statue in the front
Alas my first quest, no idea what to do and failed, on 23 bow ties out of the required 50.
IIRC Rock Shops drop all the instruments but never the one I need, Drums

Do you get anything when completing the collection?

Yes, they all add into the exit level of collections.
Stamps is part of the 'super duper' sky captain collection, musical instruments is in the 'tree of life' sky captain.
Go to your collection tab and head to the high numbers, iPad it is collections 45&46
