Quantum Leap - how to find and use?

Hi everyone, I just opened a set that had a quantum leap in it, but then what?
How do I use it?
Where did it go? I thought it would be in my warehouse but I can't find it anywhere.
I joined someone's launch but I didn't see anywhere to activate it and now the launch is running and is taking the standard 24 hours so it doesn't seem to have automatically activated

You use the Quantum Leap by using it just like any other bonus, for example Comfort Class.

It went into your bonus section, not the warehouse. Quantum Leap is a bonus, so it goes into your bonus section.

You activate it by using it like I said before. It's not automatically activated.

I recommend putting your launches, especially those with bonuses, in the launch chat. A lot more people will join them.

It is good for 24hr. It will reduce 1day rocket trip down to little over 2hrs. So a single QL can be used to launch10 or so rockets. I wasted QL on less than 2 launches as I did not have enough resources.

1. Be sure you have 10+ each (4 types) before starting.
2. Have enough resources to launch 10 times.

Set alarm clock for 2hrs so you can return to your game to launch again.
If someone else also have QL, then your flight time is reduced to 11min or so.

This is for Green. I have not checked for Blue and I do not know for Red as I have not done Red yet.

Can you do doubel QL yourself or can that only be done if someone else on the mission also has an activated QL?

What other bonuses make the missions faster? I know the ones that apply to flights but I don't know which ones apply to missions.

Also, I've never used the mission chat. How do I best participate there? How should I let people know when I plan to use the QL?

No, you can't double QLs yourself. Only if someone with a QL activated joins your launch. There is no limit, however, to many people with QLs can join one launch.

The bonuses that make launches faster are Test Launch, At the Speed of Light, Deep Space, Looking for UFOs, New Horizons, and Quantum Leap. You can find more information about them by going to this page: https://www.airportcitygame.com/wiki/bonuses/ and scrolling down to the "Launch Bonuses" section.

The launch chat is easy to access. If you click "Forums" at the top, both the Airport City chat and the Launch Chat will appear. Click on each one to switch. Another way to access the launch chat is to click "Chat" at the top. Once you click there, it's easy to navigate between the chats.

You can participate in the launch chat by posting your friend code (if you want to), the color of the launch, how many points are added, and what seats are open (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) You can let people know that you're planning to use a QL by letting them know a few days in advance, planning with others so you can have multiple QLs going at one time, or just mentioning that you have a QL activated. I also recommend joining Airport City's Discord server, so you can join others' launches as well.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. That's what this forum is for.

Hold off using it though. You get QLs from platinum boxes and also from flying to the space destinations (see the space collection). Make sure you have a lot of resources for launching as you will burn through them with a QL. If you only have one, maybe wait until the riding the comet event

It took a total of 15 hours to launch green for the first time.
I can't remember how many times I launched it, and I used up 80% of the stored rocket launch fuel. On the first day of the event,
I only participated in a few scattered activities because I had something to do outside.
