No, all count (in my experience). Support accounts hit the 50 milestone during the last event and they have never launched from their own pad.

I did 131 launches from various pads? But got no QL? Some were gained during the week of the event but most from a Saturday splurge? I'll send a ticket in. Baz

Important thing. You get QL only for 3* each color. After that it doesn't matter how many launches you make, you will not get QL.
