I can not purchase Coins because I am unable to change the Country for the credit card. That area is greyed out. Any ideas???

If you will buy the coins, buy them only when there is offer 7x more for coins and 3x more for greenies (bank notes).

Otherwise to get coins is much easier then greenies. Just you need to be patient
