Problem with spaceship items

Hi pilots!I am a new member to this forum but a long term player.
I have this problem.When i touch the space items ,the following message appears "This item has already been used and it can't be used again".I tried to download the game again and appears this message again.
Also,i visited Madlen and it didn't work.I play the game both android and pc ,maybe that's the problem.
Could someone help me please;

that message comes from time to time for me as well, i just close the window and open again, and eventualy it works

Hi, i´m new here, but playing long time..... I have same problem for months permanently. Nothing helps (Madlein visit, reinstal...). I don't even get prizes for placing in events and I usually place 1-10.
I would also like some advice.

Finally.. after the last update i tried to restart the spaceship launches.. again.. and still i got the well known failure.. but this time i did something else.. i started to use the large fuel tank first at a new space launch.. failure.. closed the game and restarted the game.. new try with the large fuel tank and same failure.. closed the game and restarted the game again.. i did this at least 5 times and bingo.. suddenly i can use the large fuel tank.. then i did the same with the main stabilizer and the powerful explosive bolt.. close the game and restart the game about 20 times.. and super bingo.. and it all works fine now and i have restarted my space launches hooray! it is nice very nice to get help and support from this forum when the support of GI is unable to help you.. thank you so very much Forum ❤️ ❤️❤️
