I have written about 30 emails to support in the last several months and I am very frustrated with Lily Evans. She tends to ask me questions that indicate she didnt read my initial complaint. On the other hand, Natalia has been helpful. I respond to their feedback but still Lily is handling my latest issue. Anyone had similar experiences or got a theory on who handles what?

I went through their website once, got Lily and you're right she sucks. She sends back form letters.
Got Natalia the next time I emailed, and from now on, I just respond to her email, regardless of what the email is about. Get a response quicker too!

I wish I could say the same (and hello to all I'm max, new member). I've spent almost 100 US on this game built up my airport over a 3-4 month period, signed in the other day only to have the game start back at the beginning with tutorial. Everything gone!

I have been in contact with a customer service agent named Anastasia. I've asked her repeatedly, “will game insight reimburse my 528 airport cash I've spent on the game over the past 3-4 months? She refuses to address this question and her answers are always the same (pre-typed), after 3 emails. “We will fix this problem in the next update”, rudely ignoring the part about restoring the cash.

I’m very frustrated about this and have decided I will email them 5 more times in regard to this issue, in the very least to demonstrate to Google Play (when I make a formal complaint) that Game Insight refuses to address my concerns and has blatantly ignored the main points of every email (this is not the first time it has happened).

Honestly, I don’t believe the problem will be fixed in the next update, they rarely are. And I’ve grave concerns I won’t be reimbursed for my loss.

I really don’t want to focus on the negative….but I feel my options to resolve the issue amicably with Game Insight have fallen on ‘deaf ears’.

Update: the elusive anastasia emailed me back after the post above. As a result of losing my game that I had worked hard to build for 3months, she assured me the 528 airport cash would be returned upon my next sign in. That was 3days ago. Signed in perhaps 40-50 times since then. My airport cash still hasn't been returned to me. I've emailed her numerous times explaining that I didn't receive the airport cash...but not one word from her.

I'm very unhappy with game insight presently. I'm sure they're deliberately my emails. Anastasia claims she paid me the 528 airport cash owed to me as a consequence of losing my game, due to their faulty servers. She says she paid it to my friend code last Friday the 27th. I was online when I recieved her email so I signed in immediately, but when I signed in I hadn't received it. I've sent her more than 10 emails times since then, sometimes more than 2 a day, politely requesting she resolve the issue with me, but she refuses to answer.

Today is Wednesday the 1st and still no response!! At least have the common curtousy to email me back and let me know what's going on. But nothing, I've given them so many opportunities with past problems to resolve issues, however it seems they really don't care about paying customers, but simply focus on making money. Over 100 US spent on this game! I have been cheated by Game Insight!
