plz help

hi all
i have an old problem of visiting neighbours...i can visit max 3 every two days..and not all the stuff is marked..also i cant receive any gifts from them so i cant finish any mission..although i have just increased my reputation to level 6...
plz anybody knows how i can fix that or what im supposed to do..plz let me know

There seems to be a rash of issues like yours going throughout the game so you are not alone.

What I would do is check every day. It seems like its sporadic so tomorrow it might work for you, but not the next day. Least that's how I've seen it when it happens to me. Wish I could help more!!!
