@Quagmire looks like it launched with a different user.

But to join someone's launch, just make sure you are neighbors with that person, and when you have the required to launch collection ready, make sure you choose the correct pad (color) to start a spaceship launch. Then you put in fuel to get your position.

There is a dedicated tutorial thread here but I am on my phone and don't have the link handy.

Take flights to Cape Canaveral, Baikonur, North/South Observatory, etc to get the collectible items required for launch collections. You will also get launch ready chest that contains random fuel item.

Click on your green launch pad and try to start a launch.
You will need some items before you can do this - don’t spend green notes if you don’t have the items.

Sorry @Quagmire another player launched. I had accepted your neighbor request, so we are neighbors for future launches.

There are a couple of steps in joining a launch.

1st make sure you are neighbors with person you want to join. This you did, but it sometimes takes awhile especially if on different platforms.
2nd click on the appropriate color launch pad and ensure you have all the pre-launch requirements.
3rd a screen will come up with a list of launches you can join. This screen you might need to refresh a couple or more times until the launch you are looking for comes up. If you don't see the launch ask the player you are joining.
4th click on the launch you want to join, then click join launch.

Then the phone rang. (Nothing important, just another job offer)

5th join launch and have fun.

All this can be found in the tutorial that Barkmi4 and I sent you, which is what Plyrstar93 was referring to.
