That happened to me once and I just had to wait it out until the launch failed. I sent it into support and they reimbursed me with greenies. Take a screen shot of your screen when it won't work to send with your request.

This has been going on for a while. We call them "ghost launches" and they are a pain. I always just let the time run out without wasting any fuel. I also keep a list of neighbors that I should not join because of these.
