If you are talking about moving the game from one device to another, it is possible with the help of GI support. If your talking about switching back and forth between the two devises I do not believe that it is possible.

In short, no.
The game is predominately an offline game, with locally saved progress (I.e. progress is saved on your device).

Simple answer NO. One game, one device. You can move but stays one game, one device.

Just looking for a easier way to play while at work than having to bring home device in to work... and worried about problems/delay if/when reinstall of windows required. But oh well.

if a windows reinstall is necessary, you should be able to recover your game from server. As an extreme option, with help from support. But I read somewhere in forum that latelety it can also be done automatically.
I think it needs you to be connected to the game with a MS email account, the same on your profile. not sure though, but i've heard that was possible.

You can, but it is definitely against terms of service. One game, one device. Many times when you close your game, a temporary file is written to your AC Local State folder which does anti-cheat tests. This file may or may not have information about the computer you are using. I would think they could tell if you were using different computers.
