Playing in multiple accounts

Hi guys, is there a way to play multiple airports?
I understand that on a pc i can play with GI launcher, the windows store, and the web version.
In my case the web version is very laggy, and i have seen people that have 10 accounts or more to use in fuel rings, how do people do that?
