Android Planes lost from reserve hangar.

After my reserve hangar updated my two jets was in there lost.
Did anyone had the same issue?

No .just 1,I had 3 of them.
2 in hangar and 1 in flight.I pulled out 2 tourboprops from hangar for alliance tasks and put the 2 jets in there.No they are gone

Nightmare, personally I'd put a ticket in asap explain what's happened and ask if they can restore them. Let me know Nick

I put a ticket in Months ago about this problem and they still haven’t sorted it

sorry to say that but thats a known Issue as far as I know.

when u plan upgrading the reserve hangar form 1=> 2 or 2=> 3 try to put the planes out.
U will loose them.

Had the same issue with 2 Jets when I updated from 2 => 3

Yep, lost 900K as my Thunderbird was gone, had to buy a new one

I lost one from a live hangar, they fixed it in a couple days after I pulled a ticket.... a week later it happened again and I again, pulled a ticket but now... almost 4 weeks later and several reminders equal no response or fix. Ticket number: #8194614

@nick6901 i had same issue around xmas....and today i receive the plane back...was a jet plane...it shows that was in the hangar, but can not use the plane or the hangar....i send few pictures...and solved today...but today the game didn't reset....no gifts to send no visites to do...
