What items do you need to launch a Prometheus Mission? Is it the same as an Apogee one for same points or?

Just sent her away...feeling a bit guilty just adding 12.... I activated pad expecting to start a new launch...as saw your post was from yesterday evening and assumed you would have launched....only to see you there still with just 10 points left to put in...!
