Android People Gone(Live Graphics)

Hi All,
Just noticed that all live graphics of people playing in mansion's, townhouses etc. are not there. Even workers working in coal station & hangar's are gone.
I am not sure if this is a bug or not. Can anyone confirm if they are able to see it or not?

After reading your post, i went and checked my airport and yes all live animations are gone ...probably one the ways used by GI to make this game load faster

Same on iOS only windmills are turning.. The rest went to rest..

windows pc still has full grphics. Windows phone may have as we are behind you in upgrades.

I also noticed this one day... But then I forgot about it.
I think that's good. It will help game to start faster and keep t lighter.
