Yesterday I contacted GI Support as I had an issue with the latest quest, Holiday Rush.
There were a couple of automated responses asssuring me that my query had been received and help would soon arrive.
I received a reply and suggestion from Lisa from the Airport City Support Team this afternoon, and I am happy to report that my issue is resolved.
All it took was a visit to Microsoft Store and a quick upload of the current version, as my one was out of date.
Really happy with the Support Team.
