If I would respond to every kind of wild theory you have out here, I'd have no time to do anything else.

We check all reports on suspicious activity daily. I'm not checking them myself, so I'm not going to call names here, but some of them are paying customers, and some are blatant cheaters — we don't ban the first ones, obviously, but we're obsessed with banning the cheaters. It's a war you can't win if your game is partially offline as Airport City is, but we do improve our methods of finding cheaters based on their activity.

Yeah I do see your point I'm not at all tech savvy so I've no idea how people manage to find these good bugs and use them. My main gripe is with Mitlain and the others who manage to take #1 with totally unrealistic numbers leaving people like yourself in a top alliance not being where they actually should be, same with other alliance's, space launches, top 100 flights etc that's my problem and one that will probably never get solved

I have to agree about the reward of "good bugs". Nobody is going to open a ticket to get a free plane removed.
To be honest, I don't even really care too much about Mitlain and the other cheaters out there. I do hope they get caught and make things a bit even for obtaining the top spot, but it doesn't stop my flow. Same thing with the launch bug. Never used it a day in my life, so now that it's fixed....still doesnt stop my plans. The fortunate thing is that even if you dont make #1 in rankings, you do get some nice rewards, especially in the top 3. I want him removed, but I'm not losing sleep over it. I have too much flying and launching to do.

Exactly. I'd rather GI give more frequent drops on flights than remove a cheater....as one I can definitely take advantage of.

No idea if that is the correct interpretation, but if it is, I'm actually ok with that. It's their game, run by their company, in line with their commercial strategy. I understand your frustration, but short of outbidding whatever Mitlain et al purchase, your only options are to leave or put up with it.

I hope you choose to stay, but I can't see G! turning away paying customers to satisfy regular longterm players, who usually provide limited revenue to the newer ones.

Unsurprisingly, i've had no response.

Following this, I even changed my game name to "F*k off Mitlain" for one week and ensured that I remained in second place for South Observatory destination. Needless to say, Mitlain didn't comply with the suggestive request.....

Well after a week of no response, I decided to follow-up the progress of this call and received this.....

Well I don't know about you, but their response has completely reassured me and put me at ease!!! Obviously, Mitlain is a player who doesn't have time to eat, sleep or work, but who receives job-seekers allowance and who uses this allowance to spend on the thousands of flights that they achieve.

Even if you cannot prove how this player is cheating, it doesn't take an expert to determine that they are clearly cheating and ultimately, violating your game terms and conditions. Based on the flights for that week, this player has achieved 151377 flights in a week (which equates to 21625 flights per day / 901 flights per hour / 15 flights per minute / 1 flight every 4 seconds). It's not even physically possible to turnaround a flight in 4 seconds. Do you realise how ridiculous this looks?

I wish to escalate this issue and I would appreciate if a member of the tech team can respond to me with a logical answer as to these weekly statistics for the mentioned player.

......I give up. Obviously it is possible to complete a flight by watching it load up with fuel, watching it load up with passengers, watching it take off, speeding up the flight, watching the flight land and possibly repairing the plane all within 4 seconds. Oh yeah, and doing the same thing another 151,376 times within 7 days.

Unbelievable! If he's doing "backup method", I guess that it's doable - it would explain why his stars seems to stay at about 500+. I've watched others when their stars would go up when they land a bunch of planes, then go back down when they applied their backup. Maybe that would be the only way GI could catch them. Maybe a screen shot of current stars, increase in stars, then stars going back down to their original number.

Not really positive how it works - send out flights and land them (but not complete the flight), make a backup of the game, collect the flights then restore the backup. The flights are ready to collect again, on and on ad nauseam. Seems like that would be pretty easy to catch, tho, so maybe not his method.

Back in the day, when you could buy flights with greenies, they could fly hundred of flights in seconds using the same method.

I think somebody mentioned that Mitlain uses IOS, so not sure if this is his method.
