After updating and then after reset time yes they do show up. When I updated there wasn't one but after gift/visit reset time
it showed up.

One good thing for windows users, Ivan must have listened to our issue with the missing days.
The event started with 16 days when I got the update. I guess the extra 2 days was for the lost
days in previous events.

Send 40 planes, speed up 30 planes and click 50 neighbor buildings.

Reward 2 items from Smart and Smarter collection giving me my 14th smart house I can't use... Totaly worth it

This one was the easiest event for me. By now, I have collected something like 4/11/3 times the event collections. Cakes are the ones that drop in most uneven way. Bears drop rate is crazy. Jumbos frequently bring two to three items from one flight. Flowers were mostly collected in the very first day. No bonuses have been used. Now it's time to relax and earn stars)

We need more 1x1 pass buildings more.

Finished all collections except flowers (got 2) without using spyglass. Saving up shears to use all at once now, hope I don't need spyglass for them. Would really like to hear more from those who finished event...did you use a spyglass for the Flowers? Did you collect them from your own city or visit others for Them?

I finished the event in 3-4 days without having to use any bonuses. Collected shears from visiting neighbours and from gifts. I purchased the 18 buildings that I was allowed to purchase in order to get the Romantic Passengers and the chocolates/sweets required. 2 PPD and 3 TP's (and a handful of flights on Jets and Deltas) were all that I used to fly to get the bears.

My only question is this...What happens when I click on "complete" for this event - will I still have the destinations and Romantic Passengers available to me so that I can obtain the stars...or do they convert to normal passenger building and the event destinations are removed from the listing.

NO! STOP! DO NOT PRESS COMPLETE.
If you do the quest destinations disappear and the building produce normal passengers. Have you got all the PPD and TP destinations 3*ed? Maybe swap to jets and hit that destination, you've got 9 days......
