I got a few random Neighbors non forum members,, with space programs,,,so I guess I just have to see if they are in ready mode and click their pad??? because there seems to be no other way to communicate thru the game itself,, found one thru AC community page on FB,,, I think there should be a highlight on the pad when its in launch ready mode,,like when you visit,, you can see the ghosted image of buildings in upgrade,,,,
