I start the construction of the upgrade......after three day disapper my level 3 oil refinery and my money (10.000.000 gold coin). GI what's going on ????

My main account game was originally under the Android system, but now it has been transferred to the PC for gaming.
I have also upgraded to a small refinery (which has not been completed yet).
When playing games under the Android system, I cannot see the upgraded small refinery. Everything is normal on the PC for gaming
