I think you should add some higher number choices to your poll. I personally use at least 800 barrels a day and I know many who use much more.

me I use 1/120 oïl barrels by day approx. ..I like a french fried and I do that at each day in diner time !

@Akims - I think that we may have misunderstanding here...
Or you talking about Oil Barrels in terms of inventory or about Oil Barrels that you accumulate over time (maximum 110 at this point).
If you are talking about:
1 - then you have couple of Oil Barrel choices: 1, 3, 20, 50, 150, 300 Barrels (plus free 20 Barrels) - that you can use from inventory,
2 - there are also couple of options: up to 110 in that you collect over time + landing planes + visiting neighbors

So in both ways, you can get much, much more then 200 barrels a day - 820 barrels you get if you start to play at 8AM and play every 2 hrs until 8PM if you do nothing.

I spend every day at least 1.000-1.200 barrels, if I don't use my stock.
