Wondering do u buy QL or drops from building or get after completing collections? And i didnt knew it has time limit on it.

It is active for 24hrs, and you can launch as many times as you can while its active. There are two ways to get a QL (without buying), one is to do 100 launches in either green/blue/red (that's 3*) or you can complete the collections with maps you get from being first place in a launch.
