Mostly ok with 16.00 utc, I'll just have to PM if on rare occasions I have to make it an hour later

I'm already in for a blue launch tomorrow but if you are taking reservations for Friday I'll take 1, 2, or 3 if it's available and ok...... However, I may switch to red only for the time being after tomorrow.

In general, 16:00 UTC is better. I leave work in general by that hour, which means that I can quickly load the points before I leave. But really, it depends.
