This Forum become a GI forum. Protect developer, and developer never listen. I am thinking to out from here.

Never was and will never be.

But it can be frustrating to have "bad support", but that is not our fault.

As regards mr. Ivan, he is not a main support for all our problems. All of us can have benefit of his news or even support, but he is a developer only. We just do not wanna loose him in case, if he will receive too many tags, posts, etc... Even kitten's life are limited

I suggest you all to write to GI support or Support road 404. Irina is back now, means they are open.
