Windows Not getting Airship Dock

Did you open the game offline ?
If you open the game offline some times this happen and also maybe you will not get the free videos and sometimes you will not receive the gifts from neighbors.
This is happen with me because i start the game offline and also when i play online (connected to the internet) and then its disconnected i lost the videos and i open a ticket first time and they fix it for me.
4 days back i was playing and the internet is disconnected happen to me again and i open ticket.
Open a ticket now i think this is a bug in windows airport city game.

I opened the game online, I got my maps when I opened the game after reset. I even waited 10 minutes (after reset) before opening my game.

Then wait for the next Thursday for the Dock and if not show up open a ticket.
