Windows Not able to restore game profile

Anyone else have trouble getting their profile back? I have tried everything they sent in the email about leveling up to level 3 and then try to restore and it brings me back to level 3, it is very frustrating because I enjoy playing this game but when you lose your saved game profile and your leveled up it gets frustrating really quick.

Did you give enough time for the game to restore ?

It can take up to 5 minutes
