Nooooooooo! My city has reset!

Opened up AC tonight and my two year old city has disappeared! The game is now showing the basic city you get when you start the game. Will support be able to put it back? What could have changed to make this happen? Any thoughts would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Just write a ticket to GI - they will get your city back - happened to me few times.
