I have sent 2 support tickets over my loss of greenies, neither have been acknowledged nor an email confirmation sent. Is support that behind or is there a limit for tickets? My page is pretty full with 15, but I don't see this last problem listed.

What is your ticket number, what you did (what was in the received message)?Well, tried the DIY steps with use of ES File explorer and had no luck. Just before that however, I landed my launch and went to collect my prizes, just as I clicked on it my game went down and I lost the whole launch proceeds. I'm so tired of complaining.![]()
