I think he meant that passing over the one who is not forum member could be considered as hijacker or not

Oh, well I guess that depends on your morrals and how much time is left on the countdown then.
Personally I'd donate whatever amount, as long as it leaves enough for them to regain first place, time dependant obviously, or no one else has stolen first.
