hi, so how long does it take to get your reward chest? for ranking in top 10 on a destination ? Or do they just not send?

You should have received the chest by now. You'll need a screenshot proving your clam and put in a ticket. It happened to me a few weeks ago and GI awarded me one a few days after submitting a ticket.

Yeah nah havent got anything and the game reset 5 hours ago. what should i do?
