iOS No passenger bonus after space monument

hi. I have built the space travel monument which is supposed to give me +20 passenger except it doesn’t. It is not on my list of +buildings either.

I have yet to receive an item from the building since I completed it this morning. Is that why? Does it take 24 hours after building it to get the passenger bonus?

Space travel monument does not provide passengers, it adds 20 to the maximum allowed to sit in the terminal.
