Next Event ?

-My game was down for 2 weeks in windows PC due to the perpetual clock, but so far as I can tell we haven't had any events for quite some time after a period when we went one right after another (windows pc). Any news on the next event ?

Back to School starting in the next week or two. Followed by 5th Anniversary event. Both were said to be in Sept, but we're 1/2 way through already.

Will I need to upgrade to the latest version of the game to participate in their special events? I remember there being a Tribez special event that I completely missed because I didn't even know there was an update until the event was over.

New version not necessarily has to bring new features. We've had a long history of updates that brought nothing except for the event.

Does that mean that the version with the event still has problems with neighbors and lost progress?

I have fewer neighbors now than I did before updating, and some of them I don't recognize. It forgot my username, so I had to reenter it. I seem to have lost a few hours of progress, since planes that were on the ground are back in the air, and the plane that I had just taken out of the repair base is still being repaired. So far, I'm not impressed.

How do I get access to the destinations that drop the Knowledge is Power collection?
