@Bali Hi, @drivefast99, I have a rule never to discuss politics, this is the my exception to the rule, former president Bill Clinton was the best president we've had. We had jobs galore and less national debt. It only toke former president Bush less than a year to mess up the country. Obama started the repair, we need anther democratic president to finish the repair. If we elect a republican president we're in the out house.

Officially Russian Victory Day is May, 9th.
Some Russian friend here could advise us if start early

Last year the Russian event was in May, probably coinciding with the Russian Victory Day Marcio mentioned.

Matina - the Russian event has in the past been for Russian players only. You will need to change your device to Russian language to even see the event. It's an easy event to complete but the challenge is everything is in a different language.

Some of the phone's and tablets don't offer Russian language as an option so if anyone is looking for a new phone/tablet check the language settings.

As @Wired Parrott explained, it's probably not a bug, but compensation from lack of 2015 Halloween on Win. So the reward should be http://airportcity.wikia.com/wiki/House_of_Dark_Shadows
