Major improvement I noticed from this update is, I no longer need to visit Madlen to save game progress.

I flew close to 200 Falcon flights to my hearted Paramaribo yesterday, never needed an extra item. Did see rainbows, cyclones, sand storms and pilot icons...

Where do these countermeasures come from? Friends? Flights? Guest planes?

Friends - YES
Flights - YES, very seldom
Guest planes - NO, from guest planes (as well from friends) however you can get items to upgrade you Weather Station to lvl1, 2 & 3

yeah, I wish they would put the updates out all at the same time, windows, android and IOS

Yeah it really puts windows players behind, especially with building items that require build items that can be gifted. Most of my iOS & Android neighbors will have the weather station completed before we get the update and won't be able to gift me any of the required items!!!

Still building my weather station. Have had a few flights with bad weather. Do not have any of the requirements to 'fix' these flights. It sure makes it difficult to complete the binge flying needed for alliance tasks. Maybe if I gather enough of these items over the next few weeks that will change.

Now 4:15 PM UTC-6 and still nothing in Windows store on update.
They will probably drag it out right up until the gifting reset time, just to screw up the works even more.
