Maybe you can be the representative of AC players and drop by at the GI headquarters in Moscow if I am not mistaken. Tell them how much we love their updates and customer support.

Long and air canillas it is very sad that ur game still not working. I didn´t get any answer from GI yet(4 days).
I hope that it will miracle start today like by some others on the forum. Sometimes technology defies all the logic.

I updated but still not opening.....
I'M FED UP !!

When there is an update, before downloading, make sure you clear cache, force stop and reboot your device. Then download the update. Then before opening, clear cache, force stop and reboot again. I know... overkill but that has helped me. I am not an expert but whatever old files you have could interfere with new ones when you update.

version you get is country dependant.
I think the west like north america got oddversion and the east like russia got even version.

diwata and Long, i´m getting also these copy paste answers. And it is also solved athough i respond that i´m not satified and this is not the proper way to use a ticket system.

Game Insight customer service answer your problem with a standard "we will fix this problem in the next update" answer.

What I cannot accept is that they close your complaint and consider it "solved" simply by answering your email.

Game Insight, you shouldn't close a complaint UNTIL it is solved!!
