Android New Update - (It Came form Outter Space) Bugs

It is the same reply they copy and paste to every ticket, they know there are problems but don't know when they will fix it. Same BS every time !

And by the way, GI does have time and they just released a new version update on TribeZ game yesterday with nothing updated, which still caused problems on players such as Aero. I wonder if other games from other companies are all like this, haven't really played other games much.

Different developers between TribeZ and AC. GI are publishers with some technical support but Road 404 really are to blame and with update issues.
I noticed that there is a new update floating around is this what people are playing now?

I hope there are different developers. But the support team is the same one with very few names, espeically when you get a senior support person, seems only one covers all games. 1.97/1.98 is the latest "update" released 2 days ago, most people that couldn't open the game still cannot open with the new update.

Rebooting device and opening AC for the first time.

New 1.99 was downloaded for me this morning. Support people (GI) will pass on the difficult or non-standard issues to others, often in non-customer facing positions, hence why I think they are going to Road 404 to resolve.

I guess we don't really care whoever they go to, they'd better fix critical issues in a timely manner, otherwise they would lose players. Not able to open the game for almost 2 weeks is not acceptable.

Looks like they just released a new update this afternoon U.S. time. Intalled, it shows up as 1.99.02 on my tablet, still not able to open the game at all, force close at the first black screen loading page with game icon on the top left corner. Tried all options including reboot device multiple times, force stop, go offline, no difference. Now I really wonder if they would ever fix it.

Thanks, I will give some more tries later, but that doesn't make sense though, is this a timed fix that you have to open the game during a delayed window of time frame? Is this rocket science ?

My game is dead (2 weeks now). The latest update didn't help.

no gift sending for me, although my phone keeps telling me I'm getting gifts.

WTF?! You can't add them back if they decide to come back. GI might fix our games... maybe?

Just got home after a looooong day at work. I tried opening my game this afternoon but no luck. I will try to download the latest 1.99 update. I wish I can be positive.

Hotdog - it would be best to wait for now. Don't delete neighbors yet. Thing is even the players with working AC is affected by not having a lot of neighbors with working AC. On Facebook, people are complaining that they are getting very little gifts. No kidding. Of course they are going to get less gifts cause maybe only 100 people on earth can play it now.

Maybe GI will get its s#@t! together and amaze us with a working update. Maybe there are really life in other planets and we will see real aliens. Maybe pigs can really fly..... maybe GI will give us a working game... maybe... maybe... Let's give them a year. Good Lord! GI!!!!

To everyone out there who is unable to play:

Don't think that GI aren't trying to fix the bugs. Of course they are. It's not as if it is a simple gameplay bug. Lots of us cannot even enter the game to begin with. If no one plays, they cannot collect revenue.

Their ability to fix the issues is another matter entirely.

I wonder if they have decided to back out the UFO changes when the quest expires as the simplest solution, a possible reason why the quest has not been extended.
I also see that on Facebook they claim that we can get ancient European maps that will eventually gives Stone Circles.....a direct copy of the Mesoamerican challenge, which could mean those maps will disappear from Duke Crocker....of course all supposition on my part as I cannot even see these new missions.
For my game it freezes when I try to get into after the screen times out but I can still play my game.

Don't mean to. I had been sending out gifts randomly, I just want a more effective way of sending out gifts instead of giving it to some ineffective accounts.

I'm still out of the Game last news I got from GI:

The update is currently under development as we work non-stop to improve application performance and encourage your interest in the game process. Striving to satisfy your expectations our specialists are preparing new version but the exact date of the release is not available yet.
Anyway I can assure you that it is on the way to being announced. Please, stay tuned for more news coming!

No point in creating new games for all sort of platforms if your biggest base of players on Airport City leave.
