There is a new function in the shop when you click on the new level 7/11 buildings. Below you see the normal info like building time and needed electricity but also a small I-button which shows the required building items!

I can see only the lvl 9 Town Hall, not the new one, because I did't upgrade that building (it's expensive, but useless imho).
