As free 2 play says, the Card Hanger is classed as a Special Hanger, of which you can only have 6 (i think) in total for the Specials, which include the Santa Hangers and the Military Hangers. So in total you can only have a combination of 6 of these, e.g if you are wanting 6 Card Hangers then you need to sell/warehouse the other hangers. (Someone else can confirm if you can warehouse them or not).

They are not classed as Regular Hangers so if you get the error message "You can not build more hangers" then look at the Special Hangers, don't sell a Regular one.

I will, but that does not make sense. The Card Hanger is a 2x2.

What you're saying makes no sense. Why raze regular hangar when you need room for event hangar?
And who cares about size? It could be 3x3 just as well.
