I understand now what they want. Installing these files will not cause any problems on your computer. They are required so that it can take a log scan of your phone. Basically andriod sdk acts as an emulator on your phone to download log files from the game.

On your phone all the files are in the apk. Only other way to get to them would be to make a back up of the game and sen them the back up.

To make a proper back up your device needs to be rooted. the method they are using does not need a device to be rooted.

But as always the choice whether to do it or not is with you. all I can do is try to explain what is going on.

It's now telling me that it will be active for 1756 days and will produce 3 greens every 15 days. Has anyone else seen this?

Looks like you will have slow but steady income for next 5 years (joke).
I'd advise to report it to GI and send them printscreen - they will fix it.

Same for my Casino, on iOS. I opened a ticket, but by the time GI fixes...I will have lost many greenies!

I spent 3 hours to install the Android Studio and Android JDK following their instruction, it takes 10G+ space on my computer and installed tons of files. Then I started the monitor tool, it doesn't find my device at all, the Device list is empty, see below. So now after installing everything, am stuck here.

did you enable usb debugging on your phone ?


your phone should be recognized by the device manager before you open any program, if it not then the device drivers are not installed properly . That why the program can not se your phone.

Yes, I followed the instructions and went to the Developer Options on my tablet Setting and checked the USB debugging before connecting my device to the computer. The computer can open my tablet as USB storage, so that means the computer and the tablet are connected. But it is not showing up in the monitor tool. To make sure it is not just my tablet, I tried with my cellphone too, it can connect to computer as USB storage, but does not show up in the monitor tool either.

you need to set up a device profile in SDK as the program will not automatical detect phones anymore.

this step was missed out in the instructions.

@Long , maybe you could offer GI your first born son instead? I'm with @diwata , why should we have to do all the work when they should just hire competent employees? I'm so sick of the same problems over and over, I've about quit complaining, 16 tickets so far... Not sure I'm having so much fun anymore.
