Android New event TENT problem

Am I the only one that I can not see the tents around city to complete the mission of new event ?
Is it a matter for only Android systems?

Can Anyone tell me how I exactly solve this problem?

You need to complete stage level 2 in order to "activate" the tents.

Same here. But should I see tents at my friends airport. They all seem to have level 3 soundstages. Seems a bit odd

It only has to do with the stage level of your own city. The status of friends' stages matters not.
