After placing it in your city you will get confirmation that you have 20 extra population! it is just not visible in the warehouse menu....

Sply glass is much more effective than Sky captain.
I tried sky captain but it was not up to the mark.

Using Sky Captain I got a total of 20 drops. 1 out of 3 drop rate.

Finished about three days ago without hitting complete. This will allow me to continue to return butterfly nets to those that may need them. I plan to hit complete on Sunday after sending the last batch of nets.

I do not remember was one little trick described.
When you visit a neighbor you have five "flowers" and three "butterflies".
If you need Butterfly Nets, You can tap and "open" only three flowers in one neighbor city for the Butterfly Nets. You have two taps not used.
You have to go out from this city then return to this city - all the butterflies will return and you can tap them twice more.
This trick is usable if you cannot understand which kind of items you see - flowers or butterflies.
