What is ghost launch?
When someone try to open a launch with bad internet, and he or she try to open over and over, it will open few launches. We can see someone open few launches at the same time. If you can see few launches, the original launch are always the leftest side. If you join the middle launch or the right one, the opener will not able to fuel. So you and other joiners are trapped and lucky if you can finish alone.
The worst part, if the original one launched. So you join and no fuel. You can be angry to the opener and the opener will dont understand what happen. Because his launched and the ghost launch stay.

Dont join random. Always stay together. That is how we survive.

Ghost launches have been around for more than a year. I had so many I eventually kept a list of those neighbors I could not join; at last count it was 13. Luckily, there are enough neighbors that I can join, so I accept that. If you're not making a "ghost launch" list, you might want to.

Not strong enough. Not many resources. Not enough plane, not enough passengers, not enough fuels, not enough repair items. Easiest way is tapping Planetariums. And join launches. Good coins and some golden.
