General New Alliance Mission Algorithm?

Device

This week my alliance missions do not reflect my fleet at all. One destination is even inaccessible to me because I lack the requisite building. I do not have, and have never owned, the planes necessary to fly to those destinations, although they purchasable. This is not the norm for my Alliance missions. Up to this point, they've followed the usual pattern that we all know. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a bug or the new order of things? I hope it is unintentional or I will not be able to make any contribution to my own alliance for months to come.

I suspect it is a bug/error. Submit a ticket to GI.
Ok, thank you. I'll update if there's a meaningful response in case someone else experiences this.
It occured to me after posting that the more advanced players wouldn't experience this anyway, since most of you have all the buildings and planes etc.

True with our main games. But most of us also usually have smaller games, sometimes in alliances. In my tiny games, i've received the usual PPD (disgraceful new name, swift) missions. None for planes I do not own (although I could). Note however that you can get missions for destinations you can't fly to because of nonexistent buildings, if you own the corresponding plane (eg: flights to Moscow when you do not have Catering facilities but own a Delta/Raven)

And sometimes if you buy a lower plane during the week but sell it on saturday, it will probably still count. The system is slow to take into account fleet changes. Thursday pm appears to be the cut off time for avoiding problems the follwing week.

Yeah, but in this instance I have never owned the plane. I'm at least two plane levels beneath that. Plus, all three destinations are for the same plane, and none for the rest of my owned fleet which did not change for 4 days before reset. I'm relieved that it is a bug, because I didn't want to let my Alliance down with missions I couldn't complete.

And lol, yes I am not a fan of the new names. Combined with their identical coloring, I am having trouble both remembering the new names and IDing them. Of course, that could just be old age...
