hi, I'm a newcomer here, currently level 13. Need some neighbors to finish the tasks and get gift items. Can someone around my level add me? I'm presuming the high level peeps will not have gifts for my level range.

Welcome, high level players will have some if the items you need, the others we can only return if you send first. Have a look around, there is a list of gift slots being charted (on mobile so cannot link it atm) which can help you understand the gifting better.
