Need advice on Duty Free Shop, Hotel, Travel Agency, Newspaper

I finally upgraded my Airport City game today!

Question: Do I HAVE to build DFS, Hotel, Travel agency & Newspaper? Are there any penalties if I ignore them?

What is the task requiring visit to neighbour's Car Dealerships?

When I visited Car Dealerships, I only got stablisers (my fuel station Level 1 disappeared, but the system thinks I still have one and I still have a task to upgrade to Level 2).

I skipped the tasks to build DFS, hotel and travel agency..
I will only build them if I get all the items needed to open those buildings

One of the airship dock tasks is collecting chopper stuffs (forgot the exact name) from the car dealership..

The only new Airship task I got at the moment is to get gas canisters from Artic Station?
Are the instructions released one by one after you complete them?

I am building another Fuel Station. Maybe that's why I could only get Stablilizers from Car Dealerships.

yup, they are... after several tasks, I think the final task is build the airship dock... and to open it, as usual it needs 4 x 4 items (channel bar, handling line, rope block and sandbag). Sandbag can only be obtained by flying to specific destinations (Arctic Station and Paris)

oh, 1 more thing the airship dock cannot be removed :dodgy:
Thank God it only needs 1x1 cells
