Anyone know any place that lists the special buildings (ones purchased through the Mystery Building item) ?

For instance:

Things I know can be bought through Mystery Building:
Dolphinarium - 6hr build time - 8 hr yield time - 126 coins - 2x2 cells
Family Diner - 6hr build time - 8 hr yield time - 126 coins - 2x2 cells
Pharmaceutical Firm - 5hr build time - 18 hr yield time - 52 coins - 1x1 cells
Red High-rise - Unsure of build time - 20 mins yield time - 8 passengers - 1x1 cells
Gray High-Rise - 5mins build time - 4 hr yield time - 16 passengers - 1x1 cells
Atelier - Unsure of build time - 20 mins yield - Unsure of how many coins - 1x1 cells

Red High-rise (8 passengers in 20 minutes, size 1x1)
Family Diner (126 coins in 8 hours, size 2x2)
Italian Restaurant (60 coins in 24 hours, size 1x1)
Hardware Store (19 coins in 1 hour, size 1x1)
Chinese Restaurant (30 coins in 4 hours, size 1x1)
Dolphinarium (126 coins in 8 hours, size 2x2)
Atelier (12 coins in 20 minutes, size 1x1)
Pharmaceutical Firm (52 coins in 18 hours, size 1x1)
Ice Cream Shop (12 coins in 20 minutes, size 1x1)

And as far as i know, even prices are not the same.
On Android there those items (at least in Duke 's Shop) are about 4 greens, but on iOS are 10 greenies.
It is really not fair. I wrote to GI about that, but you can imagine what was the reply...

You don't know what you are getting, yes it costs 10 greenies on iPad. They don't change after you buy, that's why I have at least 4 Chinese restaurants!

got 2 chinese restaurants, 1 family diner and 1 atelier. i couldnt build the red highrise because i am way over my population (1028/940)..

Well, it actually isn't. Combine four of them and you have 64pax in 4 hours on a 2x2. That's quite good even...

My wording was poor, the value of the building itself is great! Their description of double yield is (I won't say misleading) confusing? It yields 16 pax. It could simply say that.
