Windows my windows game stuck on loading screen

tried it and didn't work

when you start the 2nd account dont start the game quickly just wait let window completely loading this happen because windows update few days back.
Just wait then start the game first time from window store.
Happen with my 2 accounts and then work as normal.

waited 10 mins for 2nd acct to fully load, then opened it from windows store waited 10 mins for the game was still loading

Our dev team could really use some technical details to take a closer look at the issue. Would you kindly submit the following:

1. Device name and model.
2. OS version.
3. Crash reports taken after the moment the mishap occurs. Follow the procedure to get them:
- open the game and play it till the matter takes place;
- when the game force closes, go to the folder C:/Users/AppData/LocalPackages/EB8BD08.AirportCity_erk4rrwmt7jyt/TempState;
- find the UnityPlayer.log file;
- send it to me as the attachment to your message.

If i am not wrong they will return you game completely as before maybe lost some items but without limited storage hope that.

Well now my main game is now stuck at loading screen, opened a new ticket

What happen to Mo limited yes i know for now they are gambling if mo and david both of them accept then all of us we are losing the game but if they keep sending email and dont accept the limited then will be a change in the rules.
Players paying real money playing a years and other players start a week or month with free just waiting the free code or some they cheating both will be the same never happen in the life so the company
cheating to all of us.
So my advice keep sending email and ask to return there game as before and limited 100 should be only for those they are not paying real money.
They will return every thing as before i am sure.
