Okay I had this problem twice already, but this time around I was up to level 28. I put a ticket in to support with my old friend code. I was wondering if you turn on the backup features on windows 8.1. So when you do have this problem you can restore where you left off. I didn't try it. But if anyone has a better solution to this to go a bit faster please share. Going through support and giving them everything they ask for takes 5 business days to get you game back.
