Must be because of the 'mystery buildings' you can buy at Duke. Randomly you get a building from a set. If I remember correctly mystery 1 is training centre and others, mystery 2 is planetarium and others. There is a threat on the forum for it. Look for 'mystery building'
EDIT:
I think it is Mystery Super Building because they cost 65 @ duke now. Mystery buildings only cost 10 greens.

Training Centres are one of the "Super Mystery Building 1" and the Planetarium is one of the "Super Mystery Building 2" collections.
They are G65 each from the airship store and there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get what you want. That being said, I was amazingly lucky to get 5 Planetariums in 8 purchases.
